I work by assessing and providing treatment to individuals across all age groups - children, teens, adults, and older adults. My services cater to the following difficulties:
OCD and related conditions: obsessive-compulsive disorder, Tics, trichotillomania.
Anxiety Disorders: generalised anxiety, social anxiety, shyness, panic, separation anxiety, specific phobias, and anxiety in individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
Low mood and depression.
Other Conditions: perfectionism, assertiveness, emotion regulation, parenting strategies, self-esteem concerns, chronic illness difficulties.
In addition, I provide parenting strategies, and the Cool Kids Program.
Treatment is not available for the following difficulties:
Legal/Family court assessments
Eating disorders
Personality disorders
Psychosis
Bipolar disorders
PTSD
Substance abuse

Treatment length varies from client to client, depending on goals for treatment and presenting issues.
Treatment is adapted to meet the needs and goals of clients and it is based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Principles of other evidence-based approaches and techniques may be integrated into treatment.
